Job Responsibilities

Determine and define project scope and objectives.

Predict resources needed to achieve objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.

Track project costs to meet budget.

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to inform the Project Management Office

Generate the necessary documents for the industrialisation of products (drawings, structures)

Analyse, propose and make plans and activities for continuous improvement and solving problems, providing new technical solutions that improve the performance and/or cost of the products.

Provide technical support to the rest of the department when required.

Build and develop your own team, with a particular focus on individual development and retention of talent.

Ensure the fulfilment of the established deadlines in the actions where it is required.

Fulfill the current standards with respect to data protection and access to information.

Report the required information referring to your area of work.

Sounds good? Here's what we are looking for:

University Degree in Engineering or related field

Project Management Skills

Knowledge of mechanical design that is linked to electrical/electronic systems.

Knowledge of digital electronics based on microcontrollers.

Design of PCB layouts and wiring.

Management experience
