As we embark on our next stage of growth we are seeking a Project Manager to help deliver our ambitious District Centres programme. This will involve taking on projects across a number of locations in north Manchester, working with colleagues across the council and engaging with communities and stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements and investments.
The successful candidate will have a diverse and stimulating workload, which will include: commissioning and managing the production of development and regeneration frameworks; undertaking the client function for public realm and other district centre investments; programming and managing community engagement and consultation; supporting the drafting of funding bids and the monitoring of delivery spend.
