IWS M&E provides pump diagnostics and refurbishment, project management, telemetry, chemical dosing and control, instrumentation installation and maintenance, environmental management, plant and infrastructure maintenance and emergency response. These services and cost efficient solutions for water, wastewater and environmental problems are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year anywhere in the UK. About the job

•Monitoring budgets to ensure adherence to allocated allowances, employing advanced cost management techniques to prevent any exceeding financial limits.
•Demonstrating exceptional client relationship management skills, maintaining open and constructive communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and trust are upheld throughout the project's lifecycle.
•Collaborating effectively in crafting and executing project management strategies, assisting with program generation, monitoring progress, and delivering comprehensive progress reports, all while aligning with industry best practices.
•Efficiently generate and implement procurement schedules, demonstrating strong coordination abilities with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize the project's supply chain and enhance overall project efficiency.
•Employing a high level of technical expertise to closely collaborate with the design department, ensuring the development of safe, practical, and maintainable designs for mechanical projects. Additionally, adeptly create and implement meticulous quality plans to meet and achieve project standards and objectives.

About the successful applicant

•Prior experience in the water industry is highly desirable, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry-specific challenges, standards, and practices.
•Possess an HNC/HND or equivalent degree in engineering, showcasing a strong foundation in engineering principles and knowledge.
•Good understanding of Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) regulations, with comprehensive knowledge of health and safety protocols, emphasizing a commitment to safety throughout project execution.
•A background in mechanical engineering is preferred.
•Hold a valid UK driving license, enabling flexibility and mobility for site visits and project-related travel as required.
