Job Title: Progress Coach

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract

Location: Lewisham and Southwark College

Starting From : Sept

Industry:  Education

Duties:

Provide progress coaching and pastoral support for students

Work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis

Monitor individual learner progress across all aspects

Maintain accurate and comprehensive learner tracking monitoring and support records

Follow up and work with students to identify concerns, risks and barriers to progress
