As part of this growth, thepany is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team in a brand-new role.
Your new role
Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you’ll plan, organise, and control the activities of the teams during the night shift. Your responsibilities include overseeing production processes and maintaining high standards.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have a degree in a related field, or relevant supervisory experience leading teams in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You should have proven ability to adhere to SOP's with high attention to detail, the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and effectively contribute within a team environment. You should have a proven track record ofpleting documentation of exceptional standards and have good time management skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
