Our client is a leading bespoke manufacturer looking to bring a Production Manager on site to manage the daily operations and projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
Day to day Scheduling
Managing teams in Production and Design
Production planning and Project Management
Liaising between teams
Streamlining Production
Ensuring Porjects are completed and delivered on time
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
It is important you come from a bespoke/ low volume manufacturing environment
Knowledge of furniture making, Cabinet Making, Joinery, Woodworking is beneficial
Experience in a leadership/ supervisory role
Project management experience
A can-do attitude and a taste for a challenge!
