Production Operative

A long standing manufacturer based in Mildenhall, Suffolk are in need of a production / assembly worker to join their growing team as they look to further expand in 2024!

If you come from a background in manufacturing or fabrication then apply for this role you could have the skills we need!

The starting salary for this production role is circa £, pay reviews will be available after a 3 month probationary period and overtime is available at increased rates of pay!

This role will be working 07:00 - 16:00, Monday to Thursday, with early finishes every Friday!

Production Operative duties include:

Operating various hand / power tools to fabricate windows / doors etc.

Cutting materials to size

Gasket pressure plates

Always maintain a clean & tidy work environment

Ensure the companies health & safety procedures are always adhered to

Must be a competent user in hand & power tools & able to read & work from technical drawings independently.
