Your new role
As the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production processes. You’ll lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality output. Key responsibilities include: managing production schedules and optimising workflow, monitoring product quality andpliance with industry standards, collaborating with other departments (such as procurement, logistics, and quality control), implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, training and developing staff to maintain a skilled workforce.
