A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager/Supervisor for a company in the Bristol area that provide specialist print solutions.

With no day ever being the same the Production Manager/Supervisor role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 18 production staff across 2 shifts

Supervisor of Slitting and Coating Operations

Ongoing training and development of staff

Ongoing improvement and review of Processes and procedures

Oversight of Quality and Health and Safety

Getting involved with recruitment and company growth plans

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Time Served as a Production Manager/Supervisor

Ability to establish and maintain a good team working environment.

Operational understanding of a production/distribution facility

Forklift License Experience

Package and Benefits:

£35,000 – £40,000

20 days + Banks, 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri (9am – 5pm)
