As Admin and Back office Product owner, you’ll be responsible for one of our core agile development teams, owning the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle for several key enabling tools for our organisation.
The role sits within one of our 4 Product Platform teams - RGP Platform - and you will join our ever-growing team of Product Managers and Product Owners delivering focused benefits to our varying, valued customers.
Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, exploring custom tools to drive performance and operational efficiencies as well as being a core team member for onboarding new technologies, customers and suppliers in their various technical interactions with Anaxi.
Operating directly with these stakeholders and wider team, you’ll define and deliver lean activities focussed towards Anaxi’s business success and the product strategy of your domain.Drive new product innovations and lead scrum teams as the Product Owner
Liaise closely with internal teams as well as 3rd party operators and tech suppliers
Capture vision from stakeholders developing a needle-moving roadmap to drive impact for your customers
Define objectives & team key results that align to strategic objectives
Own backlog priority and product requirements
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with stakeholders
Develop Initiatives, Epics and User Stories aligned with product strategy, objectives and key results
Monitor and measure the success of product features
Be the voice of your users, utilising feedback to optimise future product development
You’ll have a strong customer, stakeholder and team focus
Keen product mindset and product ownership competencies, with a proven record of managing stakeholders and prioritising requirements
Charismatic and engaging personality that can engage developers, internal and external, with the vision of the product and the Roxor company values
You have a good base of technical knowledge to be able to liaise with engineering and architecture teams and be comfortable assessing technical documentation such as APIs
Exposure to building and enhancing internal tools, in particular content creation, content distribution and CMS tools an advantage
Familiarity with tools and technology such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, SQL, Appsmith or other lightweight UI builders welcomed
Experience in the gaming/casino industry would be great, but not essential
Comfortable working in line and asynchronously with teams and individuals in multiple time zones
