The Product Manager - Rollingstock Relay will be responsible ,for managing product life cycle and monitoring product portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing input to Sales & Marketing about product developments and introduction of new products

  • Formulating and presenting product road maps, product portfolio positioning, and business cases for new products and product improvements to the management and the internal organization

  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing of market, product, competitor, and customer data

  • Using the analysis and research findings to prepare a schedule of requirements for product evolution and new products, and making agreements about such in alignment with the sales organizations

  • Visiting (international) clients, sales organizations, competitors, and trade fairs

  • Monitor, report and react to market trends, developments, competition and innovations

  • Provide input for Strategic Plan (STRAP)

  • Providing support (2nd line) for technical questions from customers

  • Initiate technical training sessions internally and externally

  • Skills Required:

  • Master in engineering/business management

  • Minimum of 10 years in a technical-commercial product environment

  • or product management role

  • Product Management experience in a technical environment, with

  • electromechanical products

  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and energetic, able to manage
    multiple tasks at one time, have a strong desire to get the job done
    right first time and have a ‘can do’ attitude. English speaking/writing is essential, Dutch and/or French is beneficial.
