Responsibilities Sample responsibilities for this position include: Develop products efficiently, safely and within agreed timescales Update of new concepts to databases and book in handovers Work with designers to get new lines designed and send for Quotation. Analyse costs and complete ROI as required to ensure new lines meet required margin. Arrange samples and manage due dates so stakeholders are aware, so we can support in getting all marketing assets ready. Liaise with QA Compliance Team to discuss test requirements and ensure all safety requirements are captured and products meet our fit for purpose test. Ensure new Product Specifications are completed accurately capturing all essential information including BOM information. Uploads of all essential documents for sign off and work with other departments to get signed off and ordered quickly. Product Cost management Product resourcing when needed. Product amendments to existing. Attend meetings and manage minutes/actions. Build and update worksheets and plans to drive accountability within the teams and update on any changes. Create labels and care notes for new launches. Create EAN barcodes for all new launches. Upload artwork and/or tech files to systems and send to suppliers. Manage/update cost changes in the system as needed. Data analysis Reporting on launch dates and team KPI’s Additional project work as and when required. Experience Key skills needed: Excel Good communication Organised and flexible Negotiation and purchasing Product materials beneficial but not essential Outlook and Adobe Illustrator Database experience Microsoft teams What’s in it for you?
