Our client in Leamington Spa is a brand-new studio with big ambitions and a forward thinking approach to game development, following in the footsteps of its world class HQ in Brighton.They are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
We now have an opportunity for a Producer to join our new team, working on an exciting AAA console product based on a globally-recognised IP for a major publisher.
The producer will have responsibility for the game’s production; ensuring the project delivers quality, on time and on budget. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have a passion for quality and a knowledge of video games. Reporting to the Lead Producer, you will be charged with planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring these areas and facilitating regular meetings and inter-team communication.

Job Requirements :
A minimum of one years’ high-level project and team management/coordination experience and experience of managing or coordinating F2P mobile projects.
Strong technical skills, including a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, essential for planning and tracking and the ability to understand technology issues.
Flexibility and adaptability; assertiveness and persuasiveness;
Proven organisational skills; effective in written, verbal and aural communication; and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to anticipate problem areas and initiate appropriate and decisive corrective action/s.
Able to balance technical solutions with time, cost and human factors; and to devote the necessary time to planning, directing and controlling team activities.
Good understanding of human behaviour; the ability to maintain a proper balance between organisational and human elements.
Able to work independently on routine tasks with little supervision.
An enthusiastic gamer and good knowledge of multi-platform video games and the entertainment software industry.
