Position Name: Procurement Analyst
Location: Folsom NJ 08037(23 day onsite needed)
Rate: $3035 onW2
Client isseeking an energetic and experienced individual to support theProcurement Department in various roles and responsibilities. Theindividual should possess analytical abilities strong attention todetail problem solving skills and stellar communication habits. Inaddition a fluency with various Microsoft applications as well asWorkday as an ERP and using Power BI for report analysis &reporting.
Key roles & responsibilitieswill include:
- daily tasks associatedwith material forecasting sourcing planning and purchase of variousgoods & services and related purchase orders.
- perform analysis and research to identify spend datatrends and convert that analysis into actionable projects.
Participate in RFPs invoicing andother adhoc requests.
- Leading theeffort to control & aid in the inventory process flows anddaily operations.
- Develop and maintainrelationship with a core of suppliers OEMs and peercompanies.
- Coordinate the supplier onboardingprocess and assure compliance to insurance and otherrequirements.
- Ensure compliance withestablished procurement & inventory protocols.
- Coordinating the procurement process from order todelivery and all steps in between
- Overseeingthe righteous distribution of materials to proper SJIlocations
- Coordinating the auditing andreporting of material depots across both utilities.
- Develop a fluency with supply chain market conditions andthe potential impacts to the company.
- Participate and help facilitate the preparation ofmaterial forecasts and the consumption of good & servicesacross various areas.
- Consolidate bills ofmaterials across both utilities serving as an improvement inforecasting.

- Coordinating various month end functions such asoutstanding invoices & accruals.
An undergraduate degree in related business areas would beexpected. A graduate degree is a plus. The position requires 3 daysin the Folsom office during normal business hours of 95 and alsoperiodically visit the Atlantic City and Union NJ offices.
