SupportNPD technologist when needed in creating trialpaperwork
Createa trial plan with support from the account NPD technologist.Ensuring all raw materials are ordered and log guide dates upondelivery when to starttrials.
Organisewith planning manager to complete trials ensuring trials arecompleted correctly. Leiase with other departments such asengineering on trial support whereneeded.
Conductall factory trials with production & coordinate specificrequirement & expectations with the NPD technologist.Trials to include packagingtrials.
Collectall trial data while running the trials Record machine settingsspecific mixing methods weights pantones placement of decorationsbake profile Aw/PHetc.
Collectsamplesforshelflife and nutrtionals as well as retained samples for QAS (good andbad) completion photography retained samples for freezing customersign offsamples.
Ensurethat all NPD raw material adhere to factory traceabilityrequirements.
Oncetrials are completed all new raw materials/ equipment (nozzles) areremoved from production and store in an appropriatearea.
Liaisewith production to ensure any WIP maybe disposed of after allsamples have beencollected
Completetrials reports and share information to the widerteam
Leadand manage NPD microbiology and nutritional samples logging andresults data base following the Laboratoryprocedure
Workclosely with engineering where practically possible to betterunderstand machine capabilities and machinesettings.
Attendinternal/customer meetings asrequired.
