Our international client is currently searching for a Process Development Lead to join and lead the Metal process team. The role will involve leading the cell process development wafer fab roadmap to ensure that process capability and toolset stays at the forefront of technology and enables the product roadmap. Directing technicians and process engineers within R&D and manufacturing will be required as well as developing and continuously improving manufacturing processes and capability within the fab.

- Strong semiconductor wafer fab process experience
- Metalization knowledge ie PVD, sputter, etch etc
- Strong materials expertise and photonics experience desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Degree qualified
