As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the emotional well-being and academic progress of students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing supervision in subject-area classrooms during teacher absences.
- Ensuring completion of pre-planned assignments and supporting students as needed.
- Maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment through effective behavior management.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials.
- Sharing insightful observations with teachers regarding student engagement and progress.
- Adhering to school regulations and fulfilling assigned duties diligently.
- Offering guidance and assistance to students in addressing queries and challenges.
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be eligible to work legally in the UK.
- Possess an updated Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
- Demonstrate a commitment to child safety and well-being.
- Exhibit strong behavior management abilities and professionalism.
