Job Title: Early Years Teacher

Salary: £160-£265 per day

Job Description

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Maintain accurate records of student development and communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals.

Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience working within an Early Years setting.

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the wellbeing of each child.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable

Previous experience in a similar role within a diverse and inclusive school setting.

Additional qualifications or training in early childhood education.
