Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Year 4 Teacher to join this team on a full-time basis, starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and effective lessons, promoting a love for learning, and contributing to the overall development of the students.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum for Year 4.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support individual growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and effective teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
