Roles & Responsibilities: Primary ECT Teacher:
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum, catering to the needs of diverse learners.

* Provide effective assessment and feedback to monitor students' progress and support their individual development.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for all students.

* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational trends.
Requirements- Primary ECT Teacher:
* A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education.
* Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.
