Pre-School Room Leader - BR3 - £27,000-£30,000 PAThis lovely setting are looking for a new pre-school room leader for their ofsted rated 'good' setting. The setting is a short walk from Birbeck Station, as well as being conveniently located close to bus stops and has street parking. The setting has been operating since 2020 and is looking to add to their team!
The setting is open 8am-6pm, the role is 40 hours per week.

What we need from you:
•Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
•Commitment
•Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
•Ability to work within a team
•Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Your duties will include:
•Taking charge of a key group of children
•Ability to work alongside management to delivery high quality childcare
•Leading a room to a high level of ability
•Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
•Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
•Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
•Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
•Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
