Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Social Work Practice Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality social work services in Bradford. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, mentoring, and support to a team of social workers, ensuring they adhere to best practices and professional standards. Qualifications and Experience:
A recognized qualification in social work and registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., Social Work England).
Extensive experience as a qualified social worker, including a track record of successfully managing complex cases.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a social work setting.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
