Marketing Executive(based in Manchester) Salary: 22,000 - 27,000DOE

KeyResponsibilities:

• Research,draft, and edit press releases, articles, and reports thateffectively convey our clients' scientific achievements to a globalaudience.
• Collaborate with science and businessjournalists and editors to secure media coverage for our clients'innovations
• Actively manage social mediaplatforms, creating engaging content, tracking metrics, andreporting on campaign performance
• Attend clientmeetings, both virtually and in person, to gather insights, prepareagendas, take detailed notes, and develop actionplans
• Monitor and compile press coverage,ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive mediaexposure
• Research and copywrite a variety ofcommunications materials, including content for client websites andpromotional brochures
• Maintain the agency'sdatabases of media and industry contacts, utilizing CRM systems tokeep information up-to-date
• Proofread andcopyedit all written materials to ensure the highest standards ofaccuracy and professionalism
• Handle generaladministrative tasks, maintaining accurate records of work andutilizing timesheet systems for projecttracking

EssentialQualifications:

• A minimum of anundergraduate degree in a life sciencediscipline
• At least one year of experience inPR or marketing, either in-house oragency-side
• Exceptional organizational skillsand the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
• Impeccable written English and akeen eye for detail
• Proven copywriting skillsto craft compelling narratives that resonate with targetaudiences
• Proficient knowledge of social mediaplatforms and their applications in PR and marketingstrategies
