Porter

Location: The Shard - LondonHours: 40 hoursWe are currently looking for some people who have an interest in porter removal and have what it takes to work with a greatpany such as ourselves. In this role, you will be required to assist with the delivery and physical set-up/ taking down of all furniture and equipment for all events and office moves. You will be removing waste within the facilities, assisting with the collection and delivery of goods and items from goods in and the loading bay. You will ensure all waste streams are segregated, handled, stored and disposed of in line with the site and collection contractor requirements. You will observe local security measures in line with client policies, you will take a keen and active part in all training and staff development provided by thepany and/or client. You will attend team meetings and/or meetings as requested by others within the management team and/or the client. You will be flexible in your approach to work patterns, systems and location to maintain the standards required by the client and, as an employee, and you will adhere to any reasonable management requests from line manager or client contact.Please note that you will need to be a British national or naturalised to be a UK Citizen. You should not have any previous convictions, and you should be willing to undertake an intrusive clearance process.In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working in a similar role or environment, and you will need at least 5 years' work footprint in the UK.
You will be experienced at lifting and handling furniture and equipment. You will be customer service orientated and be a team player.
With an energised attitude, you will be a strongmunicator and always well groomed.
