The Plumbing Lecturer will need to have:

A relevant degree or vocational plumbing qualifications

A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or Cert Ed

Experience of delivering bricklaying courses at Level 1 to Level 3 & to apprentices

A strong understanding of the plumbing industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds

A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
