Planning Solicitor: 2-5 PQE

Job description

This International law firm is seeking to recruit a Planning Solicitor with a focus on Developments to join their Planning and Environment team in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds.
The team is ranked as Tier 1 and known as the largest planning team in the UK.

You'll be joining the largest dedicated planning team in the UK with 75 lawyers covering a wide range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.

The team advises on market leading projects for a range of public and private sector clients. Our work includes major urban regeneration schemes, tall buildings, estate regeneration, residential, commercial and sport developments, Garden Settlements and over-station developments.

The ideal candidate will be:

2 - 5PQE

Experience of advising on Town and Country Planning Act matters, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries and judicial review.

Salary:

£64, - £72,
