    Job Description

    The role of Planning Coordinator in Coventry will involve:

  • Coordinating between transport planning, sites and drivers.
  • Keeping customers informed of progress.
  • Managing customer orders.
  • Monitoring delays and liaising updating customers.
  • Manage queries and issues with customers regarding deliveries.
  • The Successful Applicant

    The successful Planning Coordinator will have:

  • An understanding of working in a customer led business.
  • Knowledge of a logistics/transport environment.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Good IT skills (inc. Excel).
  • Previous experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
  • Desired:

  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Microlise.
  • Previous experience working within construction supply chain.
