We are currently collaborating with our client, an international law firm, on a Senior Planning, Consenting Energy & Infrastructure role within the firm’s Planning & Environment Team.
The team stands as one of the largest dedicated planning teams in the UK, overseeing a broad range of major projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and real estate. The primary objective of this role is to advise on several high-profile energy projects, encompassing offshore wind, large-scale solar, interconnectors, pipelines, carbon capture plants, nuclear, energy networks, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years’ PQE or more, with prior experience in a similar role within a large regional or national practice. A strong understanding of the Electricity Act 1989, the Town and Country Planning Acts, and the Planning Act 2008 is highly desirable.
