Job description

We are looking to speak to a Planning and Environmental Partner who has a proven track record and client following, and who wants to be Head of Planning for the growing Manchester office of a national firm. You will need to be an existing Planning and Environmental Partner, ideally at another large firm in Manchester. This practice has a formidable reputation when it comes to the planning and environmental work they undertake being one of the largest offerings in the UK. They act for a range of clients both locally and nationally in the public and private sector. They are able to boast a range of awards and accreditations, including being recognised across many locations in the Legal . They undertake the full plethora of planning work, including offering development and strategic land advice, dealing with S planning, highways and other statutory agreements, being involved with large infrastructure projects, aiding with compulsory purchase, compensation and highways and other orders, as well as advocacy, judicial reviews, inquiries, hearings and public examinations.

If you are a Planning Partner either lacking the headspace to grow your offering, feeling like you have too many hoops to jump through to get the investment you want, or you have built a planning team before and want to do it again - please
