Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons to secondary school students
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and are tailored to individual student needs
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their progress and development
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Attend departmental and staff meetings to contribute to ongoing curriculum development
- Stay updated with developments in the field of Physics education and implement best practices in the classroom
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
