The Performance Team Officer role is an exciting opportunity to join the Streetscene team and drive improvement in the services we deliver. The role will develop effective methods of measuring and monitoring performance of the Street Cleansing teams, coordinating the effective use of resources.
The role requires a good understanding of software systems and processes and an ability to engage with front line operatives, team leaders and residents to ensure processes are followed and help to design and improve the future plan for the service.
