We are currently seeking a Performance Analyst on a 12 months FTC to join our dynamic team. As our Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our performance data, providing meaningful analysis and insights, and driving corrective actions to improve our operational performance. You will play a crucial role in helping us achieve these goals. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and make data-driven recommendations that directly impact our business decisions. To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

Good understanding on data management, architecture, analysis, reporting and modelling methods, approaches, and techniques.

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when working with large and complex datasets.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, critical thinking with the capability to interpret large and complex datasets.

An understanding of railway operations and train service performance.

Previous experience in data automation, AI and the Microsoft Power Platform is desirable, but not essential.
