We are recruiting for a People Support Hub Partner to join our team.
Our People Support Hub Partners – Benefits, are part of a team providing high quality transactional processing, and benefit administration for our colleagues and managers for all employee benefits.
How will you contribute?
Provide advice and guidance on HR queries around Benefits and Reward to both colleagues and managers helping to deliver a great employee experience.
Update and maintain the HRIS to ensure colleagues information and data is up to date and accurate.
Resolve queries regarding employee benefits, working with payroll, systems and 3rd parties.
Manage and prioritise workload to agreed SLAs and KPI’s and payroll cut offs
Update processes, knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures where required.
Ensure that information and data is accurate, and legal compliance is always maintained.
Resolve problems or shortfalls in Service Delivery quickly and efficiently.
Reconcile information held on internal systems against third party portals and reporting platforms.
Communicate with colleagues on Benefit changes and ensure updates are made as required
Assist with year-end data reconciliations and new financial year updates, updating colleagues appropriately.

Good Excel skills
Previous experience working with HRIS or other data systems/platforms
Experience of working at a similar level within a fast-paced environment
Excellent IT skills and comfortable with working with multiple systems
Sound data interrogation
Good oral and written skills
Highly organised and able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
Able to liaise effectively with peers to organise and share work priorities
Common sense and pragmatic approach
Desire to provide our colleagues with a great customer experience
A great team worker who will perform in line with our values
Ability to follow process and procedure but able to make decisions to resolve issues whilst staying within legislation
Flexible and be able to react to the business demands.
Investigative mind with the ability to understand the impacts of actions taken
Able to undertake reconciliation work within different systems.
