What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our people. As our People & Culture Intern, you’ll get first-hand experience into working in a dynamic people
You’ll be tasked with the HRIS administration with support of Head of People and Experience Systems, including managing regular data audits for our various systems.
You will be responsible for global reporting on our people data
You will support the Global People & Culture Team in administration of all people-related tasks and initiatives, acting as an ambassador
You will provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including in administration (filing, invoices, contracts, scheduling interviews, etc.) as well as in global projects,
You will support the Belonging & Employee Wellbeing Manager with organization and planning of corporate office diversity and inclusion initiatives and events
You will also own the volunteering calendar and support with sustainability initiatives.
You’ll support the Internal Comms & Facilities Lead in organizing office events including quarterly town halls, summer and holiday parties, and monthly canteen events.

You’ll bring a passion for all things People & Culture, and an interest in systems or diversity and inclusion is a bonus.

You are able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy with confidential information, as you will be safeguarding sensitive employee data.
You are tech savvy and have skills in project management, and are able to set and meet deadlines with quality results, and a high attention to detail
English is the primary language used in our office. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
