  • What you'll do

    You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our people. As our People & Culture Intern, you’ll get first-hand experience into working in a dynamic people

  • You’ll be tasked with the HRIS administration with support of Head of People and Experience Systems, including managing regular data audits for our various systems.
  • You will be responsible for global reporting on our people data
  • You will support the Global People & Culture Team in administration of all people-related tasks and initiatives, acting as an ambassador
  • You will provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including in administration (filing, invoices, contracts, scheduling interviews, etc.) as well as in global projects,
  • You will support the Belonging & Employee Wellbeing Manager with organization and planning of corporate office diversity and inclusion initiatives and events
  • You will also own the volunteering calendar and support with sustainability initiatives.
  • You’ll support the Internal Comms & Facilities Lead in organizing office events including quarterly town halls, summer and holiday parties, and monthly canteen events.

  • You are able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy with confidential information, as you will be safeguarding sensitive employee data.
  • You are tech savvy and have skills in project management, and are able to set and meet deadlines with quality results, and a high attention to detail
  • English is the primary language used in our office. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
  • Creativity is one of our values – you’ll bring new ideas and creative, as you’ll be supporting our team with presentations and design work.
