Job Details
We now have an excellent opportunity for a People Business Partner to join a brilliant health-related charity in London on a permanent basis. This role offer hybrid working with at least 2 days per week working at the central London offices.
Reporting to a fantastic Head of People and working as part of a small People team, you’ll work closely with your key stakeholders to understand their team priorities and translate these into people-related action plans and an excellent people experience. You’ll coach managers and leaders in complex people matters and create evidence based solutions and interventions across the entire employee life cycle. You’ll also work closely with the Head of People on a variety of projects to drive improvements across the People function and progress organisational and people and culture priorities.
To be considered you will ideally be CIPD qualified, or working towards qualification and possess strong generalist HR experience gained in a similar level role. You will possess significant experience of managing a range of complex employee relations cases and demonstrable experience of partnering and coaching managers and leaders to add value. Excellent communication skills, the ability to analyse and interpret data, and a sound knowledge of employment law and good HR practice, are also key.
Whilst a background in the Charity sector would be desirable, my client is keen to also consider HR professionals with the required qualities, skills and experience who are interested in working in the Charity sector and who can demonstrate their alignment to the ethos and values of the organisation.
