Working Mode: Hybrid/Remote

Roledescription

Experience delivering Oracle Payroll projects(preferred in UKPublic Sector environments).

Experiencewith requirementsconfiguration and support onmyCSPpensions schemes.

An understanding of how Payroll fits into thewhole ERP design and relationship with other Oracle Cloud HCMmodules particularly covering Pension plans.

Excellent clientfacingskills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels

Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.

Essential skills andexperience

MUST BE UK NATIONAL WITH 55YEAR UKRESIDENCY

Indepthknowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll for the UK

Experience of PensionsUK Legislation RTI autoenrolment etc

Strong configuration skills in Fast Formulaelement design payroll process flows calculation cards andapprovals

Strongknowledge ofmyCSPconfiguration aswell as LogclGovernment Pension plans. (e.g. LGPS TPSmyCSP).
