Weare pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading company withinthe Waste Management industry offering two newly created fulltimepermanent positions within their payroll team. These roles providea fantastic opportunity for payroll professionals to shape andenhance the payroll systems and procedures within a dynamicorganization.


Role:PayrollManager

Asa Payroll Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring theefficient and accurate processing of payroll for the Group ofcompanies. This position is ideal for a detailoriented professionalwho excels under pressure and can meet strict deadlines in afastpacedenvironment.


KeyResponsibilities:

Process monthlypayroll for Group companies and handle any relatedqueries.

Ensure accurateprocessing of monthend payroll journals and yearendprocesses.

Manage allthirdparty remittances payments andprocedures.

Handle payrollstarters leavers andamendments.

Keep the Groupupdated with legislative changes and ensure effectiveimplementation.

Implementinternal controls to drive continuousimprovements.

Review currentprocedures and recommend enhancements to increaseeffectiveness.

Lead variousprojects both legacy andnew.

Conduct projectwork data analysis and businesspartnering.

Engage andinfluence senior stakeholders on various projects andtasks.

Build strongrelationships with internal and externalstakeholders.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Detailorientedand highly professional with the ability to work under pressure tomeet strictdeadlines.

Excellentattention to detail and strong analytical skills using Excel andother Microsoftpackages.

Proven abilityand experience in managing and processing endtoendpayroll.

Good commercialacumen and confidence in influencing seniorstakeholders.

CIPPqualification(desirable).
