- Your new firm is a unique and innovative firm of Chartered Accountants working almost exclusively with the social enterprise and not-for-profit sector, providing outsourced finance solutions.

- They act as Finance Directors for many clients and provide payroll, finance support, and management / statutory accounting services. They have grown. Thepany has grown consistently on the back of its market reputation and now has a team of about 39 staff.

Your new role

Your new role will task you with:

-Identifying potential opportunities with client portfolio for payroll service firms and /or wider firm.

-Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop knowledge and new skills to grow payroll service.

-Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure all payrolls are efficiently processed.

-Ensuring high levels of quality by thoroughly reviewing payroll reports in line with our payroll control framework.

-Managing client expectations and assisting clients with a positive attitude.

-Managing & dealing with client issues / problems with their payroll matters.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous payroll experience, preferably in a small environment

- Experience of Star/IRIS Payroll Professional is desired.

- Simultaneous management of multiple payrolls.

- Goodmunication +fortable talking with clients is anything payroll related
