We have had a transformational impact in schools and local authorities across Scotland and in England are looking for a Pathway Coordinator to join our regional team in London, based at Ealing Council. In this role, you will be an integral part of
the council community, liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders, and delivering the programme to young people.


Key responsibilities will be:


● Helping build exceptional individual relationships with young people aged 16-18
● Helping to drive mentor recruitment. Consistently supporting, actively engaging and motivating mentors from training through the length of their engagement with the programme
● Actively support MCR young people to set, experience then follow their education and employment pathways
● Evidence progression, impact and best practice with YP input, quantitative feedback and qualitative case studies.

This post is subject to Ealing Council's enhanced vetting process.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.

The position is for a fixed period of xx months. External applicants will be offered a fixed-term contract and existing Ealing Council employees will be offered the opportunity of a secondment. Ealing Council employees must ensure that a secondment release form is signed by their line manager before applying and emailed to by the application closing date.
