Responsibilities

As Part Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for:-

  • Taking parts orders and making internal and external sales calls to support company parts campaigns.
  • Answering incoming calls & dealing with queries.
  • Allocating stock on arrival.
  • Checking delivery notes and parts to be booked in on stock system.
  • Take orders from service engineers.
  • Process job cards
  • Parts returns
  • Picking parts for service visits.
  • Operate a forklift
  • Skills required

    To be considered for the role of Parts Counter Assistant, you will have:-

  • Previous parts / trade experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • A cheerful, professional outlook
  • Excellent time management skills.
