We are looking for a Partnership Director to join the Commercial team at Vitesse.  You will be responsible for growing our key strategic Lloyd’s and London Market initiatives. A newly created role where we are looking for a subject matter expert to lead our partnership across the London market, firmly focused on our delivery of key market strategy. 
 

This role is highly cross-functional, where you’ll work with senior stakeholders across our business, including the commercial, product, executive and operational teams to facilitate our strategic objectives.  You will have responsibility for a small group of specialists as part of our cross functional Lloyd's market delivery team and work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer(CSO) and VP – Relationship Management. 
 
Acting as a key Senior PoC initially through the Lloyd's FCP market initiative – working across market association partners, you will be instrumental in delivering on our strategy to support the Lloyd’s market transformation programme, Blueprint2. We are a fast growing team with big ambitions and in a small business there is plenty of opportunity to play an integral role in the growth of Vitesse, your colleagues and our customers. 

  • Acting as the principal point of contact and facilitator of all Lloyd's market FCP connected relationships, including LIMOSS, Lloyd's and relevant market associations.  
  • Leading a small team to enhance and inform partner strategy for Lloyd's initiatives towards the broader Blueprint 2 transformation.  Working in close alignment with our CSO to deliver value to the Lloyd's market. 
  • Directing and co-ordinating efforts from commercial, product and operational teams at Vitesse towards Lloyd's market initiatives, including our Faster Claims Payment (FCP). 
  • Developing and managing the transition to BAU Lloyds market service during 2024, co-ordinating the future state model with LIMOSS and owning the relationship as a service provider to the market across all Vitesse functions. 
  • Financial planning and forecasting that will feed into wider company plans. 
  • Owning representation in regular market forums, supported by the senior Commercial team stakeholders.  (Internal, external forums, steerco, working groups etc). 

Requirements

  • Strong background/knowledge/network in the Insurance Industry - preferably Lloyd's Market process 
  • Ideally understands the context of Delegated Authority Claims flow within the Lloyd's Market 
  • Demonstrable experience of mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues/teams 
  • Confident communicator with excellent listening skills and an excellent sense of ownership and accountability 
  • Prior experience managing a complex, multi-faceted partnership or providing solutions cross functional matrix organisations would be highly advantageous 
  • Experience in a client facing role with a exemplary client-orientated focus 
  • Be a self-starter and willing to travel.
