Park Operations Assistant - Thorndon Country Park

Up to £23,344 per annum (FTE)

Working Style:
Please note this is a part time position working 18.5 hours per week, working Saturday and Sunday all day plus 3 evenings during the week (evening shift times vary as the park closing times change throughout the year). The pro rata salary for this role will be £11,180.50 per annum.
The Opportunity
Based at Thorndon Country Park, the Park Operations Assistant will ensure the park is secure and open at critical times during the day for visitors. This includes access to all the facilities which are expected to be safe and well-presented environments for the visiting public. You will be expected to carry out a variety of duties and tasks in order to maintain the grounds & infrastructure and there will be the opportunity to expand the core role as required to meet the needs of the park. The Experience You Will Bring
Please note that the job role requires you to be mobile throughout an operational area. Therefore, the post holder will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle, or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means.
