We are currently looking for a confident and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Group Executive Director of HR.

The role includes day to day administration, diary management and minute taking. You will play a key role in co-ordinating their calendars, work tasks and overseeing agendas and day to day administrative tasks. A key part of the role will be anticipating their needs in relation to the planning of their work schedules, and the forward planning of meetings and events. The Personal Assistant will act as a focal point for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders as well as staff.

You must be able to plan and progress a programme of work to strict deadlines and have excellent oral and written communication skills. An excellent eye for detail and accuracy is paramount. You should possess proficient computer skills and an expertise in the use of software packages and applications, including the MS Office suite namely Word, Excel and Powerpoint. A willingness to work flexibly and to adapt quickly to changing operational needs is essential as you will occasionally be required to stay late. This role will also assist the wider Human Resources team.

Any offers of appointment may be withdrawn if these checks prove to be unsatisfactory to the College. Self-disclosure will be required as part of the recruitment process. If you fail to make a full disclosure or provide sight of your DBS certificate then your offer of employment is likely to be withdrawn.
