Juice is working with a market leader in their search for Outbound Customer Service Executives. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop and progress in a growing company.

DAY TO DAY :

We are looking for Outbound Customer Service Executives, who are comfortable making outbound calls to join their friendly team.

This would really suit someone looking to gain good commercial experience.

This is a project lead role, and will see you working on new initiatives and speaking to a variety of businesses day-today.

Calling clients checking status of applications/ campaigns.

Updating CRM system with notes.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE :

Excellent communication skills with a clear confident telephone manner.

Good IT and accurate keyboard skills and be confident in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

A positive attitude and be self-motivated to deliver a high quality of work.

Great attention to detail.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, who are happy talking to a variety of people over the phone.

You must also be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills and able to multi-task with speaking to customers and inputting data on to the CRM.
