Job Title: Operations Manager

Salary:£55,000- £60,000 per annum

Location: Essex and surrounding areas

My client, an established contract caterer, is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to support their growing business in the education catering sector. As a rapidly expanding and successful company, they are seeking to strengthen their operational team in the Essex area. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fully autonomous role, demonstrating exceptional self-management abilities. You will excel at surpassing targets and possess outstanding financial and people management skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and ensure commercial compliance.

Analyse business performance and meet financial targets.

Ensure contractual commitments are exceeded.

Motivate on-site teams and oversee reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

Preferably from independent schools or a high-end B&I background.

Proven track record in leading successful teams.

Strong commercial acumen and budgeting skills.

Exceptional stakeholder management.

Ability to inspire high-quality service delivery.
