About
An amazing opportunity to work with a specialist company that install Machinery & Software for various companies e.g., Joinery, Construction, Engineering etc. & Educational Centres e.g., Schools, Colleges, Universities etc.
The successful candidate will have Operational &/or Coordination experience in a similar role, ideally with quoting knowledge & experience, & Machinery/CAD knowledge & experience is even more preferrable.
Information on the role
- Oversee daily operations using our bespoke order and customer management system and Microsoft Outlook.
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and other critical details.
- Check and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide detailed quotations and technical support for customer inquiries.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
What we’d like from you
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Maths, Economics, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant work experience, as a Project Manager, Coordinator, Operations Manager, Technical Coordinator or similar role
- High level of IT literacy, with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with accurate time management and record-keeping.
- Employment subject to successful DBS Check
