Resilience Lead
The Role
Design and implement scenario exercises of an ever increasingly complex nature, identifying risks to important business services and producing all governance documentation both in preparation for and post-exercise
Driving continuous improvement and tracking remediation of vulnerabilities
Maintaining a high level of business, technical and operational knowledge to support effective Operational Resilience conversations including vulnerability identification and maintenance
Deliver reporting and presenting progress to senior leadership
Support in the attendance of site visits and assurance activity relating to critical suppliers
Identify, measure, assign appropriate ownership, manage, monitor all risks and controls in line with RCSA methodology
Qualifications/Knowledge
Proven track record of implementing areas of Operational resilience regulatory requirements
Shows understanding Supply chain management, including outsourcing regulation requirements
Knowledge of operational functional areas (operations / finance/ technology/ supply chain/ property/ information security)
Stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Experience of working in financial services or similarly regulated industry.
