2 ADMINISTRATOR ROLES AVAILABLE, JUST IN TODAY!
The Best Connection are recruiting for 2 Administrators to join one of our prestigious Recycling companies based in the North East Birmingham area. This will be an ongoing position which can start immediately after a successful interview.
Working in an office environment of a metal recycling plant, the role will involve dealing with administrative duties of the site and internal company policies
The Key Responsibilities of Administrator are as follows:
Produce accurate and timely customer (Consolidation) reports
Produce Load Lists and Self Bills
Prepare and distribute customer price schedules and continuously update prices on the Navision system
Create contracts on the Navision system
Investigate and resolve internal queries
Liaise with the Transport Department & Weighbridge personnel
Support the Commercial Ferrous, Non Ferrous, & Factory Contracts Team
Deal with all administrative customer queries
Route website queries, and incoming calls to the appropriate contact
Make courtesy calls to existing suppliers, and provide feedback to Senior Managers
Manage all Inter Company prices
Deal with all Head Office accounts/administration requests
Assist with Reception cover, as the company requires
Key Skills/Competencies we are looking for:
Exceptional organisational skills and High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to presentation and strong customer focus
Confident and polite telephone manner and ability to work as part of a team
Good problem solving skills, combined with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong IT skills, in particular Excel to an intermediate level
EXPERIENCE IN KEY ELEMENTS OF THE SCRAP METAL AND WASTE MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY ARE BENEFICIAL
Hours of work:
Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 (30 min break)
Pay rate:
£26,000 per annum / £12.50 per hour
Higher rate is achieved upon a successful interview.
