The Opportunity: As an integral part of the Omnichannel Activation team within Omnichannel Strategy & Operations, the Omnichannel UX (User experience) Design and Channel Specialist will lead efforts to enhance user experiences across digital channels while managing day-to-day Adobe and web operations. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining design standards, driving customer-centric design initiatives, and ensuring the seamless integration of a global design system across various channels through technology and standard operational processes. You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.   • Develop and implement design guidelines, principles, and best practices to ensure consistency and cohesion across core marketing channels.
  • Work with (OSO) Omnichannel Activation team within Omnichannel Strategy leads and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a global design system aligned with governed brand and channel guidelines.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to deploy assets while ensuring adherence to quality and standard design requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders across marketing, GCA (Good Commercial Assessment), and DigitalX teams to gather requirements and seek feedback on design system initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and design trends to enhance the design system and operational workflows.
  • Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience in UX design, with a focus on digital content strategy, governance, and web operations management.
  • Strong understanding of UX/(UI) User Interface design principles and experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager and supporting tools (e.g. Adobe tools, InDesign, FIGMA) and other relevant design software.
  • Educations/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Additional Information:
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • Location: Addlestone, UK.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
