My client are a boutique, entrepreneurial residential developer specialising in high-end residential developments. They seek a switched-on, enthusiastic, and highly organised Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations and provide comprehensive support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management (50%):
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain office organisation, including document control and filing.
  • Sync and manage OneDrive.
  • Input invoices and manage office supplies.
  • Finance Support (20%):
  • Assist the Finance Director with invoicing and data entry into SAGE.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial documents.
  • Personal Assistance (PA) (10%):
  • Provide general PA support to CEO and the FD.
  • Minute meetings and distribute action points.
  • Assist with scheduling and diary management.
  • Administrative Support (20%):
  • Manage document control processes.
  • Support the rebranding initiatives.
  • Handle general administrative duties and data entry.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly organised and process driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAGE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach.
  • Experience in office management or a similar role preferred.
